Aamer A. Alireza – Managing Director: Aamer Alireza is also the Managing Director of Services Division for Xenel Group of Companies, a Board Member of the Xenel Group of Companies and many of its subsidiaries and affiliates, Chief Executive Officer of Red Sea Gateway Terminal and its affiliate, Saudi Industrial Services Company, Chairman of the Board of AECOM Arabia Co. Ltd. and Vice Chairman of the Board of Trican-SSOC Well Service Ltd. He also serves as Non-executive Board Member of BUPA Arabia and on the Board of Directors for Friends of Jeddah Parks, a non-profit organization. Prior to his work at Xenel, Mr. Alireza worked as Managing Director of Marketing for Middle East Operations for OILspace. He joined OILspace from Chevron where he held a number of positions throughout the company including Business Development Manager and Marketing Manager for Chevron Overseas Petroleum, Inc. in Kazakhstan and London. Mr. Alireza holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Pitzer College. He also has completed management executive programs at the University of California, Stanford University, and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
Mohammed H. Ali – Vice President Finance: Mr. Mohammed has been associated with Xenel group since 2005 and is responsible for finance and banking relations for the entire services group within Xenel. Before he joined Xenel, Mohammed has worked with Rusd Investment Bank as Finance and Operations Manager, Mercedes-Benz KSA as Deputy Financial Controller, and Accenture ME as a Consultant. Before coming back to Saudi Arabia, he has worked in the USA with Solomon Smith Barney (Citibank) as an Analyst and with Unlimited Finance and Credit Services as a Credit Analyst. Mohammed holds a Master’s Degree in Finance from the USA and a B.S. in Finance and Banking from Jordan.
Mohsin Kamal - CFO: Mr. Mohsin Kamal started his career with a multinational conglomerate (Philips) at a junior position and rose to the position of head of finance and thus has hands-on experience in all aspects of accounting and finance with special emphasis on business financial planning, analysis, and change & turnaround management. Mr. Kamal holds B.com, MBA & MFC degrees, and has worked in diverse business environments from trading to manufacturing to service business and from government to family businesses to multinational companies.
Adil Basharat – Director Operations: Holder of a master's degree in hotel management and HACCP certified. With 33 years of dedicated experience towards catering services management. Mr. Adil is truly an expert in the food-related business having worked in institutional catering throughout the career covering all areas of the business i.e. sales, marketing, procurement, production, and general management.
Ahmed Aly - Country Manager: Mr. Ahmed holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from Cairo State University, Cairo Egypt, and has 20 years of experience in all aspects of accounting & finance in retail trading, investment and food businesses. He has been associated with Al-Karam since 2009.
